How do I clean it?

The main body is constructed of a wipe clean waterproof and greaseproof composite material that is tough as the preverbial old boots, yet is extremely light weight. All the seams are double stitched using some of the strongest thread known to man and beast. The webbing is military grade, as are the buckles that make up the strap.

How much does it weigh?

Coming in at under 224grams, the Greasebag won't break the bank for excess baggage at check-in and folds up to a convenient size that can be easily stashed away. The Forkbag weighs just 108grams.

Will it fit my bike?

We're confident that the Greasebag and the Forkbag* are a universal fit for the majority of off and on-road bicycles as well as bmx. Though we have yet to try it on a recumbent a tricycle or unicycle - if you need one then we'll try and make one.

*the forkbag currently will accomodate a circumference of 21 inches, But if you find that's not enough, let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Payment

Paypal handle all our transactions - however you don't have to be registered with Paypal to use this service. In the shopping cart page select 'Proceed to Checkout', and you will be directed to Paypal's login page. There is a section on the left where you can link to use your credit card or bank account.

To pay by cheque or postal order please say so on the Contact form and we'll send you all the details you'll require.

How long does shipping take?

Standard UK shipping takes 2 to 5 days. Shipping is now available to all UK and some international addresses.

International customers - to minimise our environmental impact, and to keep our costs down, we use international surface mail which could take up to 8 weeks. If you need it quicker, email us and we'll see what we can do.

Returns

If you're not happy with any of the Greasebag products you receive, and you want to send them back then please contact us and we'll send you the info to do so.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately by email and we'll sort it a.s.a.p.
